Emma Graffam - (Shelby), is so excited for her first show with Out There Theatre Company! This is her first professional lead and she feels unending gratitude for it. She has been acting since she was ten and is currently going into her senior year at the University of Southern Maine, studying theatre. Favorite past roles include Beth in John Proctor is the Villain, Diane in The Birds, and Alicia in The Thanksgiving Play, all at USM.

Tyler Costigan (he/him) - (Tobey Maguire) is a Portland based theatre maker and teaching artist. Recent credits include The Legend of Georgia McBride (Mad Horse), The Woman in Black (Maples Repertory Theatre), and Heroes of the Fourth Turning (Mad Horse). Recent directing credits include Pete the Cat: The Musical at Maddy's Theatre, and Matilda Jr., at Jordan Small Middle School. Tyler teaches acting workshops for all ages and leads Dungeons & Dragons sessions at Royal River Community Players in Yarmouth.

Hannah Perry Shepherd - (Actor 3) is thrilled to be a part of her first show with Out There Theater Company! Some of her favorite theater acting credits include Norma in Carrie The Musical at Some Theater Company, The Acrobat in Matilda The Musical at Penobscot Theater Company, Mayella Ewell in To Kill a Mockingbird at Millbrook Playhouse, Nicole in The May Queen at Good Theater, Heather Mcnamara in Heathers The Musical with Cast Aside Productions and Louise/Eve in Ruthless! The Musical at Hackmatack Playhouse. Hannah is also a filmmaker and has had short films that she's written and directed be featured in the Maine Mayhem film showcase (2023), Damnationland (2023) as well as other film festivals across the country. She’d like to give a big and loving shoutout to her husband Mike and her daughter Lena and thanks her family and friends for all of their constant love and support.

Justine Wiesinger - (Understudy) is psyched to return to the Out There Theater Company troop! She most recently appeared with OTTC as Clown 2 in The 39 Steps and would follow these scout leaders anywhere. Other favorite recent roles in Maine include Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing and Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd. She serves on the board of directors at Lewiston/Auburn Community Little Theatre. She is also a playwright and researcher of Japanese theater. Her alter ego, drag king Otto E. Rotik (Insta @ottoerotik) can also be seen in Lewiston and Portland, with an upcoming appearance at The Maine Stage on September 19th at Mayo Street Arts.

Mackenzie Bartlett - (Director) Mackenzie Bartlett is a writer and director. Lately she has been subjecting audiences to a lot of theater about weirdo girlhood and obsession, her most recent offenses include her original play, JEFF PROBST I AM RECEIVING YOUR CODED MESSAGES, and also the show you are about to see…right now. You can summon her by saying her name 3x in a mirror by candlelight if you have any complaints or wanna goss.
Sarah Kennedy - (Assistant Director / Prop Designer) Sarah enjoys all aspects of Theater, and is so excited to take on Season 2 for Out There Theater Company. She is a founding member of OTTC, and recently directed The 39 Steps this past summer. She hopes you enjoy the show as much as she had in helping to create. She truly can not thank enough her family and friends for their support. To Joanna and Dalton for being her rocks. To Mackenzie to creating a beautiful and meaningful show. And to the cast that rose up to the occasion and knocked it out of the park. Welcome to the Tobey Maguire Fan Club one and all!

Dalton Kimball - (Stage Manager) Dalton (he/him) is excited to be working in the Portland Stage Studio Space for the 2025 season for Out There. Whether on stage or off Dalton always gets a kick out of working in the theater with passionate, kind, and talented people.
Kaitlyn Larrosa - (Set Designer) Kaitlyn “Katie” Larrosa is thrilled to be back in the theatre community! Previous set design credits include Pete the Cat at the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine and Frozen Jr. at Schoolhouse Arts Center. When not designing, Katie can be found in a theatre taking production photos. check out her work at Kaitlynlarrosa.com Katie can’t wait for you to see what’s in store for Tobey!

Nathan Speckman - (Sound Designer) Nathan (he/him) is an actor/director/playwright/sound designer and is excited to be working again with the lovely folks at Out There! Recent sound design credits include Dance Nation (Mad Horse), The Hobbit, The Comedy of Errors, The Realistic Joneses (The Theater Project), co designing The Thin Place and Sanctuary City alongside Sam Rapaport (Portland Theater Festival), The 39 Steps (Out There), Morris Micklewhite and the Tangerine Dress (Maddy's Theater) as well as the '22, '24 & '25 Maine Playwrights Festivals. Nathan currently lives in Yarmouth with his partner, Kat, whom he loves and their little nugget, Sir Rufus, who is a good boy. Special thank you to Scott Leland.
Ashley McBreairty - (Lighting Designer) Ashley McBreairty is an award-winning lighting designer and lifelong Mainer. She recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine, earning two BAs in Theater and Psychology. Her time studying has come together to inform her design choices, utilizing human perception of color to influence her work, creating expression through light. She has over 100 credits to her name and has been working in theater since she was four years old, both on stage and behind the scenes. She is thrilled to get to team up with OTTC to live out her Spider-Man dreams and play with nostalgia to create this look!
Joanna Clarke - (Costume Designer) Joanna Clarke is a cofounder of Out There Theater Company, as well as a Maine actor, playwright, filmmaker, producer, and costume designer. She is thrilled to be costume designing for “…Tobey Maguire” especially as a former 2004 middle schooler. She’s very proud of the award winning Jurassic Jo’s Dino Show that she wrote alongside her best friend Brie! She is also lucky enough to work with other amazing local theaters including Maddy’s Theater, Biddeford City Theater, Portland Players, and Lyric Music Theater. She would like to thank this amazing creative team and cast for all their hard work and ability to find joy in the process. This is what building a strong community is all about!
